Prototype

In the second half of the Sprint, we compiled references and engaged in the Crazy 8s dynamic to generate initial sketches. During this phase, visual references were discussed, drawing inspiration from games and educational platforms while remaining open to diverse influences and creative freedom. Following the dynamic, we made a strategic decision to develop the calendar features, content application, and course tracking screens for the MVP. .

User Test

We established a dual purpose for the test: to validate the app's intuitive basics and gauge users' comprehension of the study plan functionality within the calendar.

The tests played a pivotal role in discerning the project's direction. To optimize and reach more people, we used Maze to conduct the tests and track the results. Analyzing the test results, we realize some features needed to be improved and the flow should be restructured.

Sprint Conclusion

In the final phase of the sprint, we conducted a comprehensive review of key points and delineated the subsequent steps. The consensus was that the definition and prioritization phases were instrumental, serving as a launchpad for the solution and fostering a collaborative discussion where everyone contributed insights. Furthermore, the prototype and user tests were deemed indispensable steps at this stage of the project by exposing gaps in the MVP that were perfected before the launch of the final version.

Ultimately, the sprint proved imperative for product development by establishing deadlines for each stage, streamlining processes, and propelling progress in crafting the solution.
